This new 200 square meter duplex penthouse with its 75 square meter large roof terrace is situated on the topmost third floor of a renewed building of historic cultural monument status, located in the historic center of Budapest in a quiet side-street of Andrássy út (the main avenue in the heart of the city). Its roof terrace with heatable Jacuzzi is an ideal place for relaxation, sunbathing, barbecues and meals. The whole apartment is airconditioned and each of the rooms has its own french balcony or terrace. On the first level there is a big living room with modern furniture providing a comfortable place for social gatherings or meals. Our guests can enjoy a nice fireplace, a 75” UHD flat screen TV set and HIFI equipments. A sofa in the living room can be converted into a double bed.
